In what I can only describe as insanity, Booked for Kidnapping, Steel Heart, and Beneath a Blood Moon will all be releasing in audiobook format… soon. (As in as soon as I make sure I have covers for the audiobook edition. Everything fell together at roughly the same time for these three titles.
Client from Hell and Silent Stalker just went to the producer. Plaidypus has also been booked for production.
Okay, as there has been some confusion on the new patreon, I’m going to do a quick FAQ. Please read carefully.
1: Monthly and Per Release Patreons will release the books at the same time. I am not staggering tiers with varying release dates. Tier perks for the monthly patreon was adjusted accordingly.
2: Monthly Patreon subscribers in the Otters, Cindercorn, Spicy Ponies with Bite, and the Celestials tiers will receive all books I write moving forward. If I decide to write a sportsball romance, you will get a copy. (Hint: I have no interest in writing a sportsball romance. You’re safe from the sportsball romance. You’re not safe from people finding romance because of a stray sportsball, however.)
3: The Per Release patreon is only charged when there is a new book. (The next charge will happen on April 26th, approximately, and it’s for Plaidypus.) Patrons will receive their copy of Plaidypus as soon as it’s ready. A link will be sent to your Patreon private messages. Directions on how to claim the book will be included with the charged post and with your private message.
4: For the Per Release patreon, if you want only certain books by specific authors, you will have to switch tiers before the charge date. You’ll be warned, but it’s your responsibility to make sure you’re in the appropriate tier before the charge date. If you only want Magical Romantic Comedies, for example… you’re probably best off sticking to standard retail. I will not be setting up per series patreon tiers. It’s too much work.
5: For the Monthly Patreon, a link will be sent through the private message system. Rather than a “Charged” post, the tiers receiving a book will receive a post with their backlist title.
6: Yes, I’m tossing in random backlist books into the one post because I feel like it. They’re older books and don’t do much, and I have enough readers who don’t have all of my books it is worth doing it for me. If you are upset you received a bonus book… you don’t have to read it, or you can buy a copy at regular retailers if you like the book. I’m doing it because I want to and appreciate your support.
Phew. I hope that clarified a few things.
