As I do not want to answer a bazillion questions for the next few months (or years) about series, I’m going to go through every open series I have, its status, and estimated completion years if known.
Please note that the next five years are mostly dedicated to series finales and continuations of older series.
Note: I am not negotiating on the order and timeline of these books. My current schedule was made to preserve my sanity and my health. If I lose my sanity and my health, nobody gets any books. (Well, at least books written by me. There are a bunch of amazing authors out there, and they would love if you read their books. But seriously, I need to be healthy and happy to write books, and this schedule goes a long way keeping me healthy and happy.)
R.J. Blain Series
All series under the R.J. Blain pen name that have been started but are not yet finished. Series that have been completed are not included in this list. (Examples: Balancing the Scales, Witch & Wolf, anything standalone.)

Dragon Her Heels, December 2025.
Herding Polecats, to be Drafted May 2028 for a Christmas 2028 Release.
Anthology: Targeting late 2026 to mid 2027, will include Leashed I Could Do and Serial Killer Princess 2.

Agent of Hell is the finale title of this series.
Jesse Alexander
Stone Bound: to be drafted March 2028, released late 2028.
Stone Fall: to be drafted June 2029, released late 2029 or early 2030.
Stone Fall is the finale title of this series.
Wolf Hunt
The Edge of Midnight: to be drafted July 2027.
The Edge of Midnight is the finale title of this series.
Vigilante Magical Librarians
Booked for Arson is currently a private passion project.
There is no set release date for the next book in this series. (It just had a release in May of 2025. The series needs a chance to pay the rent.)
Tales of Catalina de la Corona
Untitled Tales of Catalina de la Corona #2 is to be drafted in 2030 and released in late 2030 to early 2031.
This book will be the series finale.
Nature of the Beast
Dual Nature is to be drafted as a grace / passion project, and is expected to be drafted by 2030 with an unknown release date.
Dual Nature is the series finale.
Vixens in Space
Failed Colony is currently being drafted and there is a slim chance it will release on May 12, 2026.
Failed Colony first appeared in a Pets in Space anthology, and will approximately twice the length of the original piece.
The next book in this universe is entitled the Rose Valley Murders, and there is no expected release date at this time.
Fox Witch
Death’s Door is to be drafted in December 2028 for a mid 2029 release.
Death’s Door is the finale title of this series.
Seeking the Zodiacs
Achlys is currently a private passion project and will resume main series status in 2030.
Reminder: this series was on hold due to COVID and related socio-political issues. While some socio-political issues remain, the key concerns have been addressed, and I am now comfortable with resuming this series. I want to get a bunch of series fully finished before this goes into standard rotation as a main series.
Day of Reckoning is also currently a private passion project, and it will likewise join the schedule alongside Achlys.
Lowrance Vampires
Death Dance will be releasing in March of 2025.
Death Dance is the finale book of this series.
Requiem for the Rift King World Novels
Rise of the Rift King is the new book one of this series, and it is being worked on as a private passion project.
The Eye of God is technically the same world as the Requiem stories, but is currently shelved until I feel like dealing with a dark horror series… and figure out how to communicate to everypony that this series/world is pretty fucking dark epic fantasy.
No ETA.
Please note that things I have started but have not finished are not part of this list and will be sprinkled in as time and sanity allows.
Side Note: The Dustin Walker stories are not being included because, at current, I could walk away from Dustin and it would be fine. I want to do more Dustin, but more Dustin is not actually required.
As such, anything Dustin is my precious. My precious!!!!!
Pppsssppspsspspspsss… there will be more Dustin, I just have not scheduled him in because of the reasons listed above. I really want to get stuff finished first.
Susan Copperfield
Royal Romance Paranormal Novel Pen Name.
Royal States
Winter Paradise is the next Royal States novel, and it will release in December of 2026. New Waters will follow, to be drafted in mid 2027 with an early to mid 2028 release date.
Agents of the Royal States
Quake Zone will be the next book in this series, and it will be drafted in late 2029 with a 2030 release.
G.P. Robbins
This pen name is for police procedural urban fantasy with romantic tendencies.
Magic, Mayhem, and the Law in Precinct #153
Game On is the next novel in this series, and it will be drafted in 2026 with a November 2026 release date.
Book Four has not yet been determined or added to the schedule.
Magical Mysteries in Mundane Miami
Whispers is a private passion project and should be finished sometime between 2026 and 2030. Yeah, sorry about that. I just do not know at this stage.
Lilith Daniels
Urban fantasy with dragons and dark twists.
Grave Affairs
Grave Tidings is the third and final book of the Grave Affairs series and it will be drafted in Late 2026 with an early 2027 release date.
A new series with Kinsley and co is not off the table, but it’s not on the table, either. The entirety of the Grave Affairs series would have to pay all their bills and put food on the table / pay the rent before I consider starting another series with the same characters.
Leanne Hearst
This is my forthcoming romantasy pen name.
Purple Stained Sky is a semi-private passion project (Shared with some Patreon tiers) that I’m hoping to finish and launch no later than the end of 2027.
Year of the Lost Dragon is my most ambitious book ever, and it has, frankly, intimidated me to the point I am scared to actually start writing it.
I’d say send tacos, but I’m concerned tacos will actually show up…
Audrey Greene
There isn’t technically a series with this pen name. It’s all just random stories from city-states on this planet.
The Secret Society of Red Pandas is a private passion project that will appear whenever it is finished. I do not have an ETA. Audrey does not earn much money at all, and she is completely immune to all financial worries because I fucking love her and you can take her out of my cold, dead hands.
I can only afford to have one pen name that falls under this category, and Audrey currently has the crown of true immunity.
Audrey is protected by an entire herd of angry cindercorns, and nobody is letting them have coffee or napalm, so walk lightly, bring treats, and love Audrey.
Thank you for your understanding.
P.S.: If I could just write Audrey Greene books all day, I would.
Alas, Audrey has zero chance in hell of paying the bills, so it’s a good thing she wears her shiny crown of immunity…
Bernadette Franklin
I am currently writing Murder Floof. I’m hoping to slide it in for a Christmas 2026 release because I do not have enough time to finish it for a Christmas 2025 release. (Because Dragon Her Heels rolled out 40k longer than it was supposed to be. Yes, Dragon Her Heels is why MF is not being released on Christmas Day as a surprise release. Sorry, folks.)
I may release Murder Floof early if I finish much faster than anticipated.
Sekrit Pen Names
They exist. Most will be announced as they’re ready. Right now, none of them are ready. One will not be announced when ready outside of Patreon followers quietly receiving a notice they either a: have a new bookfunnel to be claimed b: they check the shop/get a notification from the shop of a new product.
No, there will not be an actual post on the Patreon, just the bookfunnel link to be claimed in subscriber messages. (Because I don’t want it up front and center that this is a thing I’m doing.)
If I feel there are pen names I want to be kept distant for whatever reason, be it genre, content, or I just want privacy, this will be the new method of giving readers a chance to find it if they really want it without having to have the burden of trying to, well, deal with it.
And yes, the sekrit pen name, like Audrey Greene, is immune to things, because instead of paying for a fancy vacation, I’m buying myself the stuff to write the three books that will be the foundation of said sekrit pen name.
(It’s a different sort of immunity; I’m prepaying for my passion, and once they’re out, I will just walk away until I decide to prepay for more passion. Audrey is done as I go, and she randomly steals money. Grubby little book thief.)
Anyway, that’s it, that’s all… I don’t think I forgot anything, but if I did, I will add to the list upon discovering I had forgotten something.
So yes, there are a LOT of finales on this list.
Please note that the site will be undergoing heavy maintenance for the next few weeks. Thank you for your understand.
Thank you
You’re welcome!
I completely and otterly adore Audrey Greene and as such am very happy to hear she wears a shiny shiny crown. Health is important and I am so happy that you even release at all. Your books are always a delight and in the meantime I will just reread all the lovely books you have released. <3 <3
I would totally have tacos delivered, whatever gets ya through, I say! And we you avid readers are here to help! Chocolate, tacos, mole skin notebooks, fun pens. We got ya covered!
would it be possible for you to list all the books written/released within the last 2 years. I fear I may have missed some
