One of my editors has experienced a medical emergency, and as I refuse to unnecessarily stress someone who is ill, I have opted to postpone the release of Grave Intentions.
My editor should be okay, but she will need some time to recover.
No other books should be affected. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
~ With much love, R.J.
We all need to be kind , especially in these difficult times. I send best wishes and peaceful thoughts from Northern California.
I truly appreciate your “human- ness” and concur that releasing a book is not more important than any person’s well-being. Thank you for having moral sense. I look forward to reading “Grave Intentions” when it’s available.
Your sensitivity and awareness of others is another reason I appreciate your output. I look forward to reading “Grave Intentions” on its new release date.
Good for you! It’s with waiting for.
I hope all is well with your editor. She needed every good thought right now. I can wait.
Your poor editor needs positive thoughts today along with wishes for a speedy recovery. I don’t mind waiting for the book it will just be more to anticipate.
Sending get well wishes.
Healing prayers for speedy recovery for your editor.

Hi is it possible to buy the whole book from you prior to you selling it on Amazon? Sorry but I don’t want to read one chapter at a time.
No. Patreon users getting it by chapter are receiving it as i am writing the book. They do receive the book a few days before amazon and other retailers receive it. Sorry! The chapter by chapter stuff is unedited for those who love sneak peeks 🙂
I’m grateful for her work, for your care for her work, and for your work that we’ll all get to enjoy together.
I’m grateful for her work, your care for her work, and your work we’ll all get to enjoy together.
Thanks for the update and well wishes to your editor!
Candle lit for your editors swift recovery!
I don’t think anyone not entirely self-absorbed would argue with this call. Given the circumstances, I’d rather wait. Much as I look forward to each new book, burying myself in them is an enjoyable luxury, not a critical need.
Good wishes to your editor! I’ll enjoy the book when I get it, but that’s no reason to push anyone (that includes you! I’m glad you’re trying to make more time/room for yourself, as well as those who work with you).
Sending lots of comfort vibes to your editor🥰
Hope they get better
Thank you.
I hope your editor will feel better soon. all the best wishes.
Best wishes for the health of your editor. Delaying the book means nothing when compared to a person’s health.
