Hi, folks!
Due to the disappointing news of pushing back Grave Intentions (Lilith Daniels) due to my editor requiring a trip to the ER and a subsequent hospitalization, I thought I’d take some time to talk about what’s coming in the next year or so.
Obviously, Grave Intentions (Lilith Daniels) will be releasing, although its new date is November 11, 2025.
Dragon Her Heels (R.J. Blain, A Magical Romantic Comedy (with a body count)) will be releasing on December 23, 2025 as planned.
Death Dance (R.J. Blain, Lowrance Vampires) will be releasing on March 24, 2026 as planned.
Once these books are finished, I will be prioritizing the following titles:
*Indicates Series Finale.
Note: presented in no particular order.
R.J. Blain Books
- Stone Bound (Jesse Alexander #3)
- Edge of Midnight (Wolf Hunt #3) *
- Sandra / Jonas #2 (Magically Hellish Comedy (with a body count))
- Failed Colony (Extended Version of Pets in Space contribution.)
Susan Copperfield
- Winter Paradise
- New Waters
- An Agents of the Royal States Novel
G.P. Robbins
- Game On (Magic, Mayhem, and the Law in Precinct #153)
- Whispers (Magical Mysteries in Mundane Miami)
Bernadette Franklin
- Murder Floof
Leanne Hearst (Romantasy)
Note: Year of the Dragon was originally going to be R.J. Blain, but I have decided to move the title to be a Leanne Hearst title, as thus far, everything here is romantasy with dragon themes.
Purple Stained Sky is the priority of these two titles due to a: length b: progress.
- Purple Stained Sky
- Year of the Dragon

For those who are wondering, I returned home from my research trip yesterday and will be returning to normal work tomorrow.
I would very much like to buy these books but I no longer shop at Amazon. Can I buy them from you directly or kobo?
All of my titles are available at Kobo, they are just uploaded to Kobo on the day of release due to their system failing to upload final files properly. (Links to Kobo will be provided at release.)
Thank you for the update. I hope you enjoyed your trip and am glad you made it home safely.
I thought the next Bernadette Franklin was supposed to be Murder Floof? Or am I mistaken? Don’t you already have a Murder Mittens as part of the Mag Rom Com (With a Body Count) series?
No matter, I will be more than happy to read your next ones under any title. I’m sitting back cheering as I read off which ones are coming out next! I’m especially excited about the Jesse Alexander; I thought that series was always under-appreciated.
And I seriously hope your editor is doing better! So sorry to read about her (his?) emergency run to the hospital!
LOL it is, I’m tired XD I’ll correct
Groovy! Eh, except for the hospitalized editor; I hope that’s working out okay.
Looking forward to reading ALL the books as they are released. 😽
I can’t wait for all of these books to be released! just wondering if there will be a upcoming list of the audiobooks that will be released (that is the only way I can consume books unfortunately reading is not something that I do well). I bet people ask you that all the time about when the audiobook will be released. Just wondering if there will be an upcoming audiobook release list like this list.
No, there won’t be. If it’s released in eBook, it will be coming in audiobook eventually (or is already out.) My narrators can only narrate so quickly, and I’m not willing to apply unnecessary pressure on them. When they get done, they get done.
Double Trouble, 2 unicorns and Layla, a jail bird: I recently read it again. The story is not really finished. I am (politely) asking if you will be going back and finishing it? Maybe some time in 2027, 28, or 29. No rush or pressure. I remember you writing a blog about series and books that were not making money, so you would not be working on them. Is this one of them? I can’t find the blog.
No. Double Trouble is finished. She has her happily ever after, and her fate has been mentioned several times throughout the series. (Doggone Mess in particular has numerous mentions of her.)
So yes, it really is finished, in that she came to accept she didn’t need additional closure–she got what she needed, and she’s living her happily ever after. She’ll show up again, but no, she doesn’t get another story.
Is there a way to hear the narrators on Patreon? I don’t know which I’d prefer.
Thanks.
No, sorry. Patreon doesn’t offer previews. I can see about setting up a post that has samples from each of the narrators, though. You can go to any retail vendor and search for the narrator to get samples though.
